Ready to make great gluten free bread? Let’s bake together at Kitchen Conservatory in Clayton on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 1-3:30pm. Learn how to make and shape gluten free artisan breads, including focaccia, baguettes, and pita bread. Note: the bread formula will be scaled differently from previous classes to allow students the option of baking a whole sheet of focaccia at home.
